Rosh Chodesh Nissan marks 246 years since the birthday of Rebbe Nachman!
This day is also Rosh HaShana for Kings and the day their reign officially begins to be counted.
Like kings, Tzadikim also make declarations. Our Rabbi’s teach that HaShem fulfills the words of the Tzadikim.
Rebbe Nachman declared, “My entire essence is Rosh HaShanah.” It is therefore no coincidence that he was born on a day of renewal, because the Rebbe’s very essence reflects a day of beginnings. The Rebbe would always teach us to appreciate and recognize even the smallest measure of goodness, this outlook spurs us on to living a life of great joy and encouragement. He had the unique ability to bless us with hope, giving us the power to always start over no matter how grim the situation we are faced with.
The Breslov Research Institute led by Reb Chaim Kramer, Reb Zvi Kramer and the talented Rabbi Yosef Karduner, are leading a very special group this year to the Rebbe’s Tzion in time for the Rebbe’s birthday.
You too can be a part of this journey by:
- Sending us your name to be included after the reciting of the Tikkun HaKlali
- Including a Kvittal (note) with your prayers to be brought to the Tzion.
Hurry! Our group is leaving Wednesday night (East Coast Time), we must receive this information by then.
