A few days ago, we were contacted by the amazing people at NuCampaign.org. They give out t-shirts to the soldiers with a messages printed on them expressing our love and appreciation for their remarkable service. Sown inside of them is a line from Psalms – “Shamereini Keyl Ki Chasisi Vach” – “Protect me God, for I take refuge in You”.

They realized that this was the first verse in Rebbe Nachman’s Tikkun HaKlali and decided that it would be wonderful to include a Tikkun HaKlali booklet with the t-shirts. So, we designed a special Protective Edge Edition Tikkun HaKlali for the soldiers. After receiving the packages, the soldiers told NuCampaign that in as much as they appreciated the t-shirts, they were looking for something special and holy to take along with them, and put in their pockets as they complete their dangerous missions. They felt a tremendous amount of encouragement and love when they received these packages and we have received first-hand reports of soldiers driving around in their jeeps careful to bring these holy words with them. We have thus far distributed over 8,000 of these and will now begin supplementing with copies of The Empty Chair and The Gentle Weapon.

For $1 you can make a difference in the life of an IDF soldier. Send a Spiritual Protective Edge to an IDF soldier.
