Annual Summary B.R.I. 5783

We have begun the Selichot prayers.

We ask and beg before Hashem: let us find grace in Your eyes and answer us, because there are no deeds in us.

We only want to properly crown You, but we are literally like crazy from everything surrounding and happening around us.

Nonetheless, if we open our eyes we can see how much we are surrounded by God’s grace.

We would like to write down a few examples that we personally experienced at the B.R.I. just this year alone:

The month of Cheshvan:

1- An amazing campaign to print the Likutey Moharan, during which 8 volumes were reprinted.

The month of Kislev:

2- A special trip to Miami, Florida for a special and uplifting round of classes.

The month of Tevet:

3- The week of Reb Noson’s yahrzeit, filled with lectures about the greatness of his hilloula in different areas of New York.

Hundreds of people participated, along with many, many newcomers who are interested in enlightening their souls.

The month of Shevat:

4- Continuing with the printing, and about 15 books were reprinted.

The months of Adar:

5- Preparation for the huge project of distributing Kimcha D’Pischa to the needy Breslover families in the Land of Israel.

With the help of Hashem over 420 families received from our distribution this year!!!
And all this with your help, a success beyond the expected, blessed be all the participants in this holy Mitzvah!!

The month of Nissan:

6- The distribution ended on Passover eve and allowed hundreds of families to celebrate with joy and comfort.

The month of Iyar:

7- A completely new innovation in the Likutey Moharan, printing it in Hebrew together with all of the writings and commentaries of Rabbi Nachman Goldstein, the Tcheriner Rav.
Never has such a work been printed before.

8- In addition a round of classes in Chicago and New York on the greatness of Lag BaOmer, the Sefirah Days, and preparations for Shavuot.

How fun it was to see everyone across the US with such joy and a desire to draw closer to God.

The month of Sivan:

9- The continuation of printing in full swing.

10 more books were reprinted.

10- In addition, for the first time, a full set of the BRI edition of Likutey Moharan translated into Spanish!!!

The month of Tammuz:

11- We revised and reprinted the Tikkun Chatzot in a pocket-size edition, with eye-catching letters on fine chrome paper.

The month of  Av:

12- Finally, after over 17 years of work, the biography of the leader and pioneer of Breslov Chassidus in America, Rabbi Tzvi Aryeh Rosenfeld, was finally published.

As soon as it appeared, the book was snatched before it even hit the store shelves.
With great enthusiasm, and with God’s help it will arrive in New York these forthcoming days

The month of Elul:

13- Another round of special lessons in New York about traveling to Uman for Rosh Hashanah and even this year.

“Do righteousness and kindness with us and save us.” (Selichot Liturgy)

We just have to look around and we can see how much we are surrounded by Hashem’s blessed grace and kindness.

Rebbe Nachman writes in Likutey Moharan II lesson 4 that through charity we receive God’s grace to such an extent that we will not even have to work for a living.

And who among us does not want to be granted such a special merit and revelation?

For this we are turning to you.

Join into the influence of God’s grace by giving charity to support the printing and spreading of the light of Rebbe Nachman’s Torah in the world.

Chessed = 72
Chessed x 10 = 72 x 10
Chessed x 100 = 72 x 100

And may you have a blessed year in all your handiwork.
And may you be written and sealed for goodness, Amen.
