Rabbi Nasan Maimon – Ki-Sisa – Unity Through Charity
To renew our connection with Hashem after the sin of the Golden Calf, every member of the community donated a half-shekel to establish the Mishkan. Performing this mitzvah transforms negative tendencies in the heart into good will. Such charity on behalf of the community unifies the People of Israel – even today.

Nasan Maimon
Rabbi Nasan Maimon is a prominent lecturer, counselor, and Torah educator widely respected for his ability to guide individuals and families in the application of Breslov teachings to their lives in a grounded, practical way. His teaching and counseling are seasoned by decades of close apprenticeship to his teachers, especially his father-in-law, Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Rosenfeld zal, and Rabbi Yechiel Michel Dorfman zal, both of whom entrusted him with a mesorah – an unbroken chain of Breslov tradition and wisdom. In 2008 he established www.BreslovTorah.com as an online “yeshiva without walls” that provides a searchable database and free streaming for over 6000 shiurim, including authoritative translations and explanations of all major Breslov seforim.
