Who is for God Come to me

This was the rallying cry of the Maccabees when they went out to battle the Greeks.

It is also the rallying cry of Rebbe Nachman to his followers and supporters around the world: “Who wants to show they are for God? Come to me, and I will show you how to be closer to Him!”

Remarkably, the numerical value (gematria) of the Hebrew phrase מי לה’ אלי (“Who is for God? Come to me!”) is 148 (including one unit for the whole phrase). This is the same numerical value as the name Nachman!

Rebbe Nachman encouraged his followers to continue reprinting his teachings in order to spread Torah knowledge far and wide. We at the Breslov Research Institute follow his directive with the continuous reprinting of the Breslov library of books.

Currently we have a number of important books which urgently need to be reprinted. This Chanukah, we are looking for “Sarei Ha’Elef” (Leaders of a Thousand) to answer the call. That is, we are calling on 148 partners to jump in with a commitment of $1,000 or more toward reprinting.* These books will be reprinted according to their priority and need.

Each partner will receive a gift of all of Rebbe Nachman’s basic books plus several of Reb Noson’s books as well – a value of $824 – as well as a dedication in one of the reprinted books.

This offer begins on Chanukah, 25 Kislev (Thursday night, December 11), and continues through Reb Noson’s yahrtzeit, 10 Tevet (Friday, December 25) until Friday, January 1, 2021. Only 148 partners will be accepted, so hurry to enter your name today!
