Did you know that hitbodedut, Jewish meditation, has been practiced for thousands of years and has its roots in the Torah? Abraham, Moses, and King David all practiced hitbodedut. This course is for those who want to begin or improve their practice of hitbodedut. There will be plenty of time for Q and A. If you don’t know what hitbodedut is or are new to Breslov, you need to take this course.
